His story thus far: Scott lives in a neighborhood infested with crime and drugs. His parents, hooked on drugs and alcohol, fight constantly. Scott, however, has managed to keep himself out of drugs. The drug dealers who brought the drugs onto his neighborhood, were recently kicked out, by Prime, who destroyed their entire crack house. The leader of these drug dealers then disappeared (he was really killed by Doctor Gross). Since, a new crack house has opened down the street and the neighborhood is even worse off than before. Meanwhile, Scott, who used to be good friends with Kevin, is no longer in good friendship with Kevin.
