TITLE - RAID ON ASGARD
The Watch, Silver Surfer and Dr. Strange arrive on the rainbow bridge of Asgard. Odin detects them and sends warriors to attack them. Thanos stays behind watching over Thor while the rest attack the soldiers. One by one, Dr. Strange, Moondragon, Pip and Gamora fall. Realizing they are beginning to lose the battle, Thanos calls Maxam to watch over Thor while he joins the battle. Much to Maxam's suprise, Thanos singlehandedly turns the battle around and the Watch win. Odin jumps in next realizing they are too powerful for the Asgardian soldiers to fight. Thanos and the Silver Surfer begin fighting Odin. The Surfer is taking out by Odin and a monumental battle follows between Odin and Thanos. Before it concludes, Sif and Beta Ray Bill finally intercede telling Odin the truth about why the Watch are here and what has happened to Thor. Odin apologizes to Warlock and attempts to cure Thor of his malady. His is not able to and rapidly decrees that Thor must die before he spreads his lunacy to the other Asgardians.
