TITLE - JUDGEMENT
Warlock is brought to trial by an aspect of the cosmic deity Eternity, who feels he is unfit to wield omnipotence. The jury consists of Galactus, The Stranger, Epoch, Love, Hate, Chaos & Order, a Watcher and a Celestial. Eternity presents Warlock's past as his proof for his case including the possibility that he can still become the Magus. LT rules against Warlock and rather than fight it out destroying most of this reality in the process, Warlock acquieces and decides that he will disperse the gems to five other holders, much to Eternity's discontent on not having a say in this!
