Reed, along with Drax, Maxam and Pip appear in Avengers headquarters. After a brief squarish, Reed calms everyone down and begins explaining everything he knows. Meanwhile, the Goddess begins explaining her plan to her followers. Aurora, from Alpha Flight, experiences an identity shift. Her other half being deeply religious attempts to get to the Goddess. The heroes prepare a quinjet and Iron Man, Reed Richards and the Vision attempt to travel in the quinjet with Aurora and sneak into the home base of the Goddess. Their surprise fails, as the Goddess actually allows them to land unharmed on a created planet were Counter Earth used to be. The heroes quickly realize she has a fortress protecting her. She appears to them after they land and warns them she bears them no ill will but she will not tolerate any more attempts at landing because they will likely attempt to sabotage her operations. She then transports them back to their quinjet which is now on orbit around Earth. On Earth, the heroes discuss and debate whether the Goddess is a villain or whether her work is good. Reed, Vision and Iron Man go to the moon to converse with the Watcher in hopes to get more information. Warlock continues his journey into the ruptured reality. The Goddess transports her cosmic egg, the results of her merging the 12 cosmic containment units, below ground on her planet and tells her followers to protect her while she begins her plans of spreading goodness to the entire universe.
